A little about me, I've been overweight as a child, in High School I played Football and managed to get to a low of 240(unsure of %s). Then... Senior year was over, and I didn't have urge to stay after school to lift and workout anymore.

Fast forward about 6 years that I continued on that path. I work in IT and I got really lazy and got up to 330lbs until a change in the fall of 2007. Its been a struggle for me since then, but I think I finally have my head straight and focus on a goal.

My weigh in date of 11-26-2012 I'm at 253 and supposed to lose 66.7 lbs of fat, putting me at a goal weight of 186.3. HOWEVER!! I plan on putting on muscle and making it work for me, so I'm going to be conservative at a goal of 190 overall.

When I'm not working out, I'm likely working or trying to avoid doing things as I'm a procrastinator. Snow is on the ground on November 26 and I need to pull my garden hose in still - oops.
